01

Scope and availability

VerifGo is currently introduced through controlled testing. Public installation is not open, and access or features may change while the product is evaluated.

02

Permitted use

Use VerifGo only for legitimate records connected to a vehicle and account you are authorized to use. The product is intended for Quebec remunerated passenger-transport drivers who need a daily vehicle-verification workflow.

03

Driver responsibilities

  • Complete each verification truthfully before the vehicle’s first daily use for work when the requirement applies.
  • Confirm the driver, vehicle, odometer, checklist, notes, and report details before submission.
  • Maintain the vehicle and follow applicable platform, company, municipal, provincial, and federal requirements.
  • Use professional judgment and stop using a vehicle when a defect or rule requires it.

04

Prohibited conduct

  • Creating false, misleading, duplicate, or backdated records.
  • Accessing another person’s account or records without authorization.
  • Interfering with security controls, testing for weaknesses without permission, or misrepresenting affiliation with VerifGo.

05

Product boundaries

VerifGo is not a regulator, taxi bureau, transportation platform, insurer, mechanic, or legal advisor. It does not automatically send reports to an employer, platform, police service, or public authority.

Use does not guarantee safety, permission to drive, official approval, report acceptance, fine avoidance, or uninterrupted availability.

06

Submitted records and account access

Submitted reports are designed to remain immutable. Correction requests are handled through support. When secure PDF delivery is enabled, the app sends only to the account email the driver verified; that destination is locked in the app after verification. Access may be restricted when needed to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.

07

Referral pilot and launch points

A new account may claim one active referral code during its first 7 days and before submitting its first daily report. The referral qualifies only when that account submits its first valid daily report within 30 days after the claim. Self-referrals and multiple referrers for one account are blocked.

A qualified referral adds 100 non-cash launch points and one stackable 30-day Essential credit to the referrer, plus 25 welcome points to the invited driver. Points and credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

Drivers must share invitations only with people they know and have permission to contact. Bulk unsolicited messages, misleading claims, and any attempt to manipulate accounts, reports, ratings, reviews, or installs are prohibited.

08
